We are preferred insurance providers for most companies including United Healthcare, Aetna, Great West, Private Healthcare Systems, Capstone Network, Mountain Medical Affiliates, Beech Street, One Health Plan, Sloans Lake , Rocky Mountain Health Care Coalition and many others. If we are not or cannot be a provider for your insurance plan, we will do our best to be competitive as an out-of-network provider.

Cash Plans

Cash plans are available. These plans provide significant savings (up to 30%) for those who do not require our office staff to file insurance claims. A typical office visit for a self-pay patient averages $40-60 per treatment. Additional senior citizen, child, and wellness plans are available to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.
